Yesterday, some of the crew at the Witches Brew Coffee House in West Hempstead were foolin' around and looking for meatloaf recipes.
So, I went home and asked Eileen for a great recipe she had in a cookbook we bought from a church we attended for over 30 years. In all places, my motto has always been:
"I you feed me...I will come!"
